FundTrack Software knows that the nonprofit community needs us as a software provider to not only provide the best possible software solutions, but to also participate whenever we can in all related projects and initiatives. One of our latest project partnerships is the Fundraising Effectiveness Project (FEP). The project is sponsored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals. The project was designed to help nonprofits asses their efforts and measure their gains and losses in donations given and donor retention.
FundTrack Software has partnered with AFP and the Center on Nonprofit and Philanthropy at The Urban Institute. This partnership is designed to make it easy for nonprofits using our donor management solutions PhilanthrAppeal or ePhilanthrAppeal to participate in the FEP Survey. FundTrack Software will provide clients with a tool that after filling out a few questions can with the click of a button collect and calculate your PhilanthrAppeal data necessary for the survey. At the end of the processing you will be able to view a report showing the data calculations that will be submitted. Here is a summary of the information provided by the module/survey:
- number of new donors
- number of repeat donors
- number of lapsed donors
- donations in period 1
- donations in period 2
- gain/loss of donations
- gain/loss of donors
No donor specific data is collected or transmitted when using the module.
