Custom Access Application

FundTrack Software can work with you to create a custom Microsoft Access application. The first step as with any project is to assess the needs. You might be looking to modifiy and existing application or create a new application from a set of new specifications.

Once details of the project have been compiled, we can put together an initial proposal. Our initial proposal will be presented and any modifications will be made during this phase. Once both parties are in agreement on the project deliverables, a standard contract is drafted. This will be presented for signature prior to moving forward with the project.

Development
Once the contract is in place, the project is placed in our development schedule. All work on the project is done on our machines in-house. Specific project review times can be set and can be performed over the Internet using an online meeting session. At minimum a midway review is typically set to make sure both parties are on the same track with the excpetations of the project. Any necessary modifications to the scope of the project can be discussed at that time.

Delivery
Once development and testing are complete, and the client is satisfied, the final solution will be burned to a CD. A custom installion script can be created for the client to make for an easy install.
