Your personal and private data is highly valued. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), providing 128-bit technology to protect your constituent's information. This security protocol encryps all data transmitted across the Internet, including credit card transactions. Look for the https address heading as well as the lock icon found on the browser address line. FundTrack Software partners with camcommerce and x-web to provide a safe, fast, and reliable environment for credit card transactions.

Reliability (Backup)

Constituent data is stored on a secure database server and is backed up on a nightly basis. Seven days of backups are securly kept.

Global Secure Web Access

We have built ePhilanthrAppeal using state of the art software technology, ASP.NET on SLQ Server 2005. The user interface is designed for complete access from your browser. All information being passed to and from the web server is securly protected using SSL encryption. Information is viewed in real time no matter where you are accessing it. Your main office and remote offices (telecommuters or satellite locations) are all working within the same data environment at the same time. All that is required to take advantage of this productive Internet technology is Internet Explorer (your browser) and a high speed Internet connection.
