What are the system requirements?

PhilanthrAppeal is installed locally on your file server and workstations. Microsoft Office Access is required. The complete Microsoft Office Suite of products are recommended (i.e. Word and Excel) to interact with PhilanthrAppeal processes. The system requirements will be the same as those recommended for the Microsoft Office version you are running.

How long does it take to implement PhilanthrAppeal?
You can be up and running in as few as two or three days after you order. Since PhilanthrAppeal makes it easy to import constituent demographic data yourself, you don't have to wait and pay for expensive conversion services.

How much training do we need?
PhilanthrAppeal has been designed with an intuitive interface that most users can pick up in a few hours with no formal training. We do however, include two hours of online training when you organization orders PhilanthrAppeal.

Can I send data to Outlook, QuickBooks and others?
Yes. PhilanthrAppeal can send communication reminders to your local Outlook calendar. Also, you can export data to an Excel file for import into your accounting General Ledger. 

Can I customize PhilanthrAppeal for my organization?
PhilanthrAppeal includes custom fields and custom values to help with your unique requirments.

How does PhilanthrAppeal handle access when I am out of the office?
PhilanthrAppeal can installed on a Terminal Server and be made available on the Web, you can log-in with your username and password from any computer with Internet access.

What if I need special assistance with converting and importing data?
While our import tools allow you to load the most common types of demographic data into PhilanthrAppeal yourself, we offer services to assist in special conversions of data, if needed. Please contact sales at sales@fundtracksoftware.com to get a quote for a special conversion if that is required. Most conversion projects are quick and inexpensive.
